"Anak mag-aral ka nang mabuti. Kapag nakapagtapos ka makakapagtrabaho ka ng maganda. Kapag nagkatrabaho ka, makaka ahon na tayo sa kahirapan."

Ideas/perceptions which made our parents believe and made them teach us, their children believe that "Being employed makes you successful (rich) in life".

Not knowing that these are all lies! The society does not teach us the reality.

I have just attended an online training where I realized this thing.

According to a book, Rich Dad Poor Dad, there are four quadrants that make up and run the world.

The first one is the E quadrant where belong the employed people_ working for someone else and earning a wage to survive. If you do not work, you will not get your salary.

The second is the S quadrant where belong the self-employed people_they do not have boss but offer their own services to earn. They still work to earn.

The third is the B quadrant where belong the business owners_they are the boss, they hire people to work for them and they earn money because of these employed people.

The fourth quadrant is the I quadrant where belong the investors_ they earn money passively. They do not work, nor hire people to work for them. They earn because they use their money wisely.

The question is...Where do you belong? In the E quadrant? S quadrant? B quadrant? Or I quadrant?

Another question is...Where should we belong to be successful?

As mentioned earlier, employment is not enough for you to become successful. Have you heard of any success stories of an employed person? The one who got rich because they worked for others? Nothing, right? Because, it is a big lie that employment makes a person successful.

Say for example:

A teacher, who after 4 years in college, graduated with flying colors. Been immediately employed. Is this already a success? Is this really what succes mean for that person? Now let us go back in the times where that person is dreaming. Does it really end at being employed? No, we all know that when we dream, we dream big.

So after a year or so, she got her masters degree and even after years she got her doctoral degree. Yet, despite this so many years spending money, time and effort for her professional growth, do you think she would be able to reach her big dreams? Yes, her salary might be increased however is that increase enough for her to enjoy the life she deserves? Increase in salary is tantamount to increase in obligations. Therefore, being a good employee is not enough.

This is what I have reflected on this morning after attending the online training. And I realized how lucky I am for starting early this program we call Blueprint. A very good decision I made.

I think it is just the right time to change the perceptions people have in life and even their lives itself; we all want a better life.

With this, I have learned and realized that WE must place ourselves in the third and/or the fourth quadrant for us to be successful.

How? Well, the Blueprint Program is willing to help, teach and guide you become part of the B and I quadrants. Just click the link below and schedule your FREE SESSION NOW!
